Agenda emailing list
If you like to receive advanced notice of future Parish Council meetings by email, please let the Clerk know by using the website contact page. Please let him know your name, home address and email address. Your details will them be added to a list dedicated to circulating agendas and (where appropriate) Zoom meeting invitations for Parish Council meeting.
Emails received for the purpose of requesting an invitation to Parish Council meetings will only be retained and used for the same purpose in the future – ie. to alert you to future meetings. The Parish Council may send you a follow-up email in order to request permission for other uses of your email address which will only be for Parish Council business – it will not sell or pass on your contact details to any other organization.
